Enjoy six fresh oysters, crab claws, gravadlax, combining a traditional Nordic gravadlax recipe with the inspired addition of our Rick's own recipe containing gin, fennel and star anise that creates a totally unique salmon gravadlax and ready to eat alongside our whole cooked prawns.

We'll also include some cooking suggestions to get you started.

• Hot smoked salmon x2 fillet portions
